Terms & Conditions :

It is a "first come first serve" allotment system.
2.
Apply using the ASHIYAN prescribed form and attach two photographs and booking money Tk. 10,000/= per katha.
3.
ASHIYAN fixed the value of a plot. Plot value is changeable but once a plot is booked value is fixed and remains unchangeable.
4.
ASHIYAN makes deed of agreement after payment of 30% installments.
5.
ASHIYAN makes deed of agreement after full payment in respect of cash purchase.
6.
It is good to pay the installments in the scheduled time.
7.
All payment must be made in favor of ASHIYAN LANDS DEVELOPMENT LTD. through cash/Bank draft/PO.
8.
Customers who are working abroad send money through TT or Bank Draft.
9.
In respect of credit purchase 30% of the total value to be paid in one month from the booking date and rest amount to be paid in 18/24/36/48/60 as accepted in the deed of agreement.
10.
Water, power, sewerage, telephone etc. facilities would be organized by the company; customer has to bear the expenses as equal portion individually.
11.
For ready plots to be handed over to customer with proper demarcation subject to total payment of the plot. Registration will be made after hand over and take over.
12.
Registration charges with taxes, vat, duties, fees and relevant expenses to be paid by the customer.
13.
All the customers must take membership of "ASHIYAN CITY WELFARE SOCIETY" this society will work for the social development of the city.
14.
If any balance lies unpaid due to variation of plot value or otherwise to be paid by the customer at the time of registration.
15.
After payment of booking money and allotment if any customer wants to cancel within15 days, must have to apply in writing. In such case 10% of the booking money will be deducted. If 15 days exceeds and the customer wants to cancel the allotment, company will deduct 10% of plot value as documentation charges and the money will be refunded after resale of the same plot. Normal practice is to pay back the money after 3 (Three) years.

Allotted plot must be used for the purpose as stated in the deed of agreement and the development work must be done as per the rules of RAJUK.
17.
Company maintains the hand over schedule very carefully. If any unavoidable circumstances like natural calamity or political situation make delay, the valued customer will accept that inconvenience.

Adjacent to ZIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Airport Railway Station, Airport Highway and Haji Camp, ASHIYAN CITY is prime land located between two prestigious residential areas, Baridhara and Uttara. A number of famous educational institutions like Scholastica are also near at hand. Butfor all that residential and transportation facilites, it is still away from the din and bustle of inner city life.
